Refund policy

At Whimsical Cups, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns

  • Due to the personalized and custom nature of our tumblers, we do not accept returns on unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

  • We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence to process your claim.


2. Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us promptly to arrange an exchange.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at whimsicalcupss@gmail.com.

  • After 24 hours, orders may be in process or shipped and cannot be canceled.
